Is it worth fixing?

Not all broken devices are repairable for a price that's less than the items reasonable value. Some items have sentimental value and that becomes the deciding factor.

What happens if it can't be repaired?

It's rare but it does happen. We make every reasonable attempt to find what the fault is and repair it. In some cases it's because the failed component isn't available. Whatever the reason is, we will absolutely explain it to you.

Do you repair TV screens?

The sad truth is once a flat panel is cracked...it's game over. Cracked LCD panels are not repairable. That doesn't necessarily mean you just toss it in the garbage. Talk to us and we may make a salvage value offer, depending on what brand you have.

What type of items do you repair?

If it has a plug or battery, we pretty much fix it. It comes down to what it cost to repair vs. replacement cost. We don't repair appliances. Give us  a call, text or hit the chat button and we'll let you know.

How long does a repair take?

It can be a fast as 15 minutes or as long as several days, it depends on how long it takes to troubleshoot, what failed, and if a part has to be ordered. Every attempt to get your device back to you in good working order as quickly as possible is made.

Can I mail my device in?

Yes, by all means. All we ask is that you speak with us first either by phone, text or chat so we can tell you what is required before sending it.

Do you repair liquid damage?

Yes, we do. Just let us know what liquid and what happened after it got wet, if anything other than it stopped working.

Do you do expedited repairs?

In most cases, we consider every repair to be an expedited repair. However, if we have several repairs in the que and you want to get priority, it is available for an additional fee.

Can you tell me the cost of repair before you do it?

Customers are provided with an estimated cost of repair before the repair is initiated, when requested.

What type of warrantee do you give?

There is a 90 day warranty on all board repairs. Replaced components are of equal value or better than original.

Repair Policy

  • There is a minimum fee for a simple repair of $40.00. 
  • There is a diagnostic fee of $40 -$60 depending on the device. Does not apply to simple repairs.
  • The minimum fee applies to all devices brought in for diagnosis, repaired or not.
  • Devices in need of more than a simple repair we will notify you of additional cost prior to performing any repairs.
  • Due to the fragile nature of TV panels, we cannot be responsible for panels. The utmost care is used when handling panels.
  • Payment in full is due when device is returned.
  • Repaired devices left more than 15 days after being notified of completion, will become the property of ERS and sold for balance due.
